Anthony Eack is the Founder of Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life Foundation.  

He has been in long term recovery from alcoholism. He started drinking at the young age of eleven and stopped at the age of forty.  He uses the fellowship of Alcohol Anonymous as his foundation of recovery. Anthony started in the field of prevention and education on addictions in 2012. He went from town to town in Dutchess County NY shopping centers to raise awareness on the drug epidemic in this Country. He is a sought after public speaker and speaks in elementary and high schools and other venues throughout Dutchess County NY. Anthony has sponsored many in the 12 steps recovery process.  He does one on one mentoring with individuals  before, during or after treatment and at all hours of the day and night when needed. Anthony is also a Certified Recovery Coach and has  been interviewed by Hudson Valley News Network, Poughkeepsie Journal and Fox "The Real Story" with Gretchen Carlson.  He has also served on the Dutchess County NY Mental Health and Hygiene Sub-Commitee for Chemical Dependency. Anthony volunteers and achieves all of this after getting home from working his full time job in Manhattan. He is dedicated to this cause and in making a difference. Anthony also goes by the name of Tony Gatz. Anthony Eack resides in Dutchess County NY and is married with two children.
